RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

When it comes to the apparel industry especially apparel that is made from the inspiration of celebrities and movie stars, it is presumed that quality is rather low rated and design is often not what had been displayed. But this isn’t the case with Latest Movie Jackets. We are renowned for our prestigious image in terms of genuine customer service and secure payment methods. We extend assistance to our customers according to their reliability. Our return and exchange methods include the following policies:

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • If the product delivered to you is not up to the mark and does not fulfill your required product criteria, you can easily send us a query regarding the issue.
  • It must be noted that only genuine and authentic queries will be welcomed and catered to.
  • It must also be acknowledged that the returning shipping cost will be on the customer.
  • Adding further to the convenience of the customers we also take further alteration requests at the minimum costs from 110 to 150.
  • We accept an exchange claim for the products that have been damaged during the shipment.

RETURN POLICY

  • If you want to return an outfit and exchange it for a different size, this will not be fostered as our size guides are already given on the page. However, in this case, you can cancel the order within 24 hours and order again for the required size.
  • If you find the received order is not made according to the size guide provided by us, you can claim a return.
  • The product should be sent back in its original form and a tag must be placed on the product.
  • The returning shipping, as well as the handling cost, will be on the buyer (as per the weight of the product)
  • No request within the first 24 hours of the purchase will be entertained.
  • You can claim a request for a refund within 30 days of the purchase.

CLAIM & REQUEST POLICY

  • If you want to make a claim then send us a proper email by clearly defining the problems that occurred in your order.
  • You must provide a picture of the product for verification
  • Within 48 hours, our customer service representative will contact you.
  • After your claim has been accepted, all the details for sending back will be notified to you.
  • No exchange or return will be accepted if the product is worn or altered.
  • No claims will be accepted for customized products.

RESTOCKING POLICY

If you wish to order a specific product that has been out of stock from our inventory then you need to pay a restocking fee, as we will specifically get it tailored just for you.
